Todd’s Story
Todd Hill came to St. Clairsville, Ohio, as an emergency admit in December 2022. He had lived with his family his entire life and received very little provider support. Unfortunately, Todd’s mother had passed away and a home was needed immediately for him.
When he was admitted, the team was told that Todd was total support and not very social. He would tend to keep to himself and watch cartoons. He needed full assistance with eating, hygiene, and mobility, as he would tire easily.
Since being admitted, Todd has gained weight, begun feeding himself, assisting with his own hygiene, and really vocalizing his wants and needs. He enjoys interacting with his housemates and even helps with his laundry. Todd is currently looking for a day program to attend where he can meet new people and learn more skills.
Todd’s sister is delighted with the decision to place him at the St. Clairsville ICF. She is pleased with his progress in such a short timeframe.
