This year, we celebrate an incredible milestone in the life of a young man at Outwood – a student whose journey is a testament to resilience, growth, and the unwavering power of support.
When Camron Angton-Roberson first joined us, he required one-on-one supervision to navigate his day. Each moment brought unique challenges, and every step forward was hard-earned. But through perseverance, patience, and a community that believed in him, he began to write a different story for himself – one of independence, strength, and success.
Fast forward to today, as Camron proudly holds his high school diploma in his hands: a symbol not just of academic achievement, but of personal transformation. His need for constant support has evolved into basic supervision for eight hours a day – a shift that speaks to his development and determination.
His growth hasn’t just been academic; it’s been deeply personal. He has shown all of us what is possible with grit, guidance, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed.
