EduCare provides community living services that help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities enjoy a greater quality of life in their home or in a home-like environment. We help our clients maintain a level of independence, stay in familiar surroundings and engage socially within their community.

Each person we support receives an individualized service plan tailored to their unique needs and abilities. We have small teams that bring their expertise to the table to help develop each service plan. These teams include medical staff, case managers and specialized therapists.

With the input of family members/guardians these service plans are developed and monitored through the Team. This gives us the ability to help each person we serve maintain a level of independence, and to engage socially within their community. In a nutshell, we help people live their best lives!
