The North Vernon operation serves nearly 200 individuals with ID/DD and the aging population. We provide support to adults who need assistance with daily living due to a developmental, cognitive or intellectual disability.

We help people reach a higher level of independence to live their best life. Our Management and Nursing Team is highly experienced and dedicated to providing excellent services.
