For more than 25 years, ResCare Minnesota has supported individuals with disabilities by providing home and community-based services in residential settings as well as in-home supports throughout the metro area.
We also provide contracted case management to over 600 individuals in Hennepin County and Care Coordination through Medica/SNBC.
