Presentation Details

Hospitalization rate and days spent at home have emerged as appropriate outcome measures that result in quality care at a lower cost for people with I/DD. Between October 1, 2018, and September 30, 2019, ResCare clients with I/DD spent an average of 360 days per year at home in the community, outside of hospitals and nursing homes.
