Structured Family Care in Indiana
Open Your Home and Your Heart
ResCare Community Living in Indiana offers Structured Family Care (SFC – also known as Host Home) that is designed to preserve the dignity, self-respect and privacy of individuals served by ensuring high-quality care in a non-institutional setting.
Under the A & D Waiver, SFC allows families to stay at home while receiving care, which may be provided by familiar staff or family members. Through the A & D Waiver, family members providing care have a source of income.
ResCare SFC services offer a caring place for adults, no matter their disability. The individuals we serve in our program have a wide range of intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.
