Our Process

The first step is to confirm you have a home/apartment/condo that can accommodate an individual and their needs. We will make every effort to ensure that you and the individual are a good fit for each other. So we do ask that you provide us with some information about you and your home so that when we have an interested individual, they can make a good decision if they would like to live with you.

Once a decision has been made by both you and the individual we will then start the process of getting you into our system. We will first develop and go over a contract with you to establish you as a provider. In this process, we will discuss the daily rate that we will pay to you as well as the room and board that the individual will be paying to you.

A comprehensive background check is also required. There will be some online and in-classroom training to complete as well.
